The first stage of your project involves a design consultation with Director, Sam de Vries. This allows you to see how we work, and the process involved to complete your project.
This can be done over the phone, via Skype or a face to face, where we will discuss your existing site conditions, desired aesthetics, functional requirements and budgets. Face to face, at your project location is always the ideal way to conduct our initial consultation!
With this information, a project brief and design fee proposal will be provided, specifically tailored to your property and project.
Following your consultation, a concept drawing will be completed and presented to you for your consideration. This presentation is designed and detailed to illustrate a true life representation of what your space will look like, this includes:
+ 3D fly through model
+ Presentation prints - prospective images
+ Floor plan - outlines all proposed project elements (soft scapes and hard scapes)
We love to collaborate on ideas and are open to your views, likes and dislikes – it’s all part of the process. Our primary ideas will be discussed, and we can refine the concept to ensure your perfect outcome is achieved.

Our Project Management service includes working hand in hand with your architects, builders or pool builders to resolve design details and construction processes. This is recommended to ensure the integrity and high quality of the design is executed.
Our services extend beyond design and project management, we offer bespoke installation options and alternatives that suit your design including;
Soft scapes; plant procurement and installs, selecting mature and site-specific plants, turf, irrigation, soil preparation and fertilisers
